The Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the Tanzania Coffee Board (TCB) Visited Nanenane Ground in Dodoma 2026

The Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the Tanzania Coffee Board (TCB), Professor Aurelia K.N. Kamuzora, visited the Coffee Board’s pavilion at the peak of the National Farmers’ Exhibition (Nanenane), held at Dr. John Malechela Grounds, Nzuguni, in Dodoma City, where she had the opportunity to see firsthand the various services and education provided by the Board to citizens and stakeholders in the coffee sector.

After touring the pavilion, Professor Kamuzora, accompanied by the Director General of the Tanzania Coffee Board, Mr. Primus Kimaryo, took part in the official closing ceremony of the 2026 National Farmers’ Exhibition (Nanenane), which was closed by the Guest of Honor, the President of the United Republic of Tanzania, Her Excellency Dr. Samia Suluhu Hassan.

In her closing speech, Her Excellency Dr. Samia Suluhu Hassan said that when the Government recognized the existence of a market with great opportunity for coffee, it took steps to increase productivity in its production in order to meet the demands of that market. The President explained that these efforts have continued to strengthen coffee’s contribution to the national economy, increase farmers’ income, and make the coffee sector one of the important sources of foreign currency earnings in the country.
